Payments
Orders are only despatched when payment authorisation has been received by our online bankers. All payments are made using British Pounds.
A Bonanza reserves the right to refuse any order.

PostageTo the UK.
Postage and packing for anywhere in the UK calculated by the total weight of your order, to see the cost click on the estimate shipping box on the shopping basket page when you have selected your items.
When you arrive in checkout you will be offered the postage options Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery.
Please note if you select Royal Mails Next Day Delivery, this means your order will arrive the next working day (Mon-Fri) after you have been notified of its dispatch.

Postage to Europe and the rest of the World. 
For European deliveries please allow at least 1- 3 Weeks for your order to be delivered
For Rest of the world please allow at least 2 - 4 weeks for your order to be delivered
Post & Packing will be calculated by the total weight of your order up to a maximum of 2kgs.
To see the cost click on the estimate shipping box on the shopping basket page when you have selected your items, if your order exceeds this weight please contact us for other shipping options if you wish to continue with your order.
On rare occasions our system may allocate the incorrect shipping costs to your order, on these occasions we will email you with any additional costs.
We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged when shipping overseas, and request you order in good time for your party as we cannot control the delivery once it has left the UK.
If your country is not shown in the drop down country menu, please contact us for shipping costs to your area. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times for overseas, and any customs or import costs will have to be paid by the customer. 
The 7 day cooling off period does not extend to deliveries out of the UK.

 Returns
What if I change my mind? Under the UK's distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period when you may return an item in its original condition if you no longer require it, it is however, your responsibility to return the item(s) in perfect saleable condition and at your own cost. We will then refund your credit card for the item(s) returned, minus the postage and package costs which are non-refundable.
The UK's Distance Selling Regulations cancellation rights do not apply for products which are  personalised or made to order . When ordering personalised goods please check your spelling, as we do not exchange or refund on products that are personalised or made to order unless the error is ours, in which case contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.

Balloon Safety
Latex balloons are natural eco friendly products which are fully bio-degradable and can be released outdoors.
Foil Balloons are not natural eco friendly products and should never be released outdoors
Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required.
